The manager, Tonya, yacking on the phone with an ex-employee who wanted to know where her paycheck was. All while we stood there waiting to check in. She could have put the caller on hold.

Great service

The rooms were brand-new and reasonably large. The bathroom was clean. The hotel's location was unbeatable, close to a restaurant that was only 1 mile north.

No reason to complain, we appreciated this accommodation and 100% recommend. All in all everything was good, had a fantastic stay on vacation. The hotel was in a great position near to downtown and stores. It also was very close to great restaraunts.

Pool, location, clean, good variety of breakfast options

Manager is not particularly friendly, there was major road construction going on In front of the hotel with very poor coordination by the department of transportation causing delays when we were allowed to leave as well as losing Internet as well as general major traffic congestion due to very very poor traffic directing and planning by whoever did the road. I believe that the Hampton Inn management should have been more proactive in working with the construction people to make sure that their residents were clear on how to get in and out as well as clear on what to expect but they were not. Additionally I had to add a night to the reservation and we had to move rooms. I didn't really understand why that was. The printer in the Computer room did not work and required me to go upfront to get help with the printer.

The hotel has a marvellous location within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and main highways. The room was brand-new and well-equipped with weights. The breakfast provided was great. my experience at the hotel was very good.

It was a clean, quiet and easily accessible from the highway.

The rooms here are pretty quiet and come with a nice breakfast and a fitness center with weights, and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is great, close to Calvary Chapel Woodstock, and the building is nice with comfortable rooms and beds.

The decor of the lobby as well as the room. the beds were comfortable over all my stay was great!!!

Staff, ease of getting to our room via elevator. The breakfast in the morning was convenient and pretty appetizing. The business center being open all day and night. The bed and bedding were comfortable.

Bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom. The cleaning girl must have left the drain closed in the tub when cleaning. Since the faucet was leaking when we arrived home late that evening the bathtub was half full with water. Did not get a chance to report while there. Also we have stayed here at least four times in the past couple of years at different times. The pool is never clean.
